1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Fuel One's fuel card services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Fuel One provides fuel card solutions for businesses, including payment processing, fleet management tools, and related services. We facilitate transactions between businesses and fuel station partners.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• One account per business entity

4. Card Usage and Responsibilities

• Cards are for business fuel purchases only
• You are liable for all transactions made with your cards
• Report lost or stolen cards immediately
• Ensure authorised personnel use cards properly
• Maintain adequate credit limits for operations

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued weekly
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payment charges may apply
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Personal fuel purchases
• Resale of fuel
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

7. Limitation of Liability

Fuel One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
